Clicking on the required test brings the user to the following screen. Having entered his/her name, the pupil clicks the START button and commences the test.

The notepad and pencil below the START button indicates that the user is allowed to use pen and paper for this test. Test A of each level is based on oral Maths while pen and paper are allowed for tests B and C of each level. It is recommended that pupils number questions when doing calculations on paper. In this way, more information can be gleaned when considering a pupil's results.
